3. What is the delivery timeframe and do you offer expedited shipping?
We maintain a streamlined standard shipping model (no expedited or express options) taking 7–15 business days after dispatch for all supported delivery destinations.
4. Where can I track the real-time status of my shipment?
Once your order ships, a tracking code will be emailed to you automatically. You can check its progress anytime on our dedicated Track Order page.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
1. Will I need to pay extra customs duties or import taxes upon arrival?
No, all packages are structured so that customers do not have to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

1. How does the shipping insurance option work at checkout?
To fully protect your package against unexpected transit loss or damage, a shipping insurance fee (3% of your order total) is selected by default at checkout. You can easily uncheck and opt-out of it at any time prior to payment if you prefer not to use it.
2. How do I place an order for a custom player jersey?
Simply select your preferred team kit, choose the custom option, and type your desired player name and number into the designated fields before adding the item to your cart.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders rapidly to ensure timely game-day dispatch. If you need to make urgent changes or cancel, please contact our support team within 12 hours of purchase.

1. How do your jersey sizes run?
Our jerseys feature a standard athletic cut. We recommend sticking to your normal shirt size for a clean tailored look, or sizing up if you prefer a roomier fit for layering over hoodies during cold weather.
2. How should I wash and care for my tackle-twill jersey?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with the jersey turned inside out to protect the tackle-twill numbers and nameplates. Hang drying is strongly recommended; avoid high-heat tumble drying.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. What is your return window?
We offer a worry-free fandom guarantee with 30-day returns and exchanges starting from the date you receive your package.
2. What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys featuring specific names, numbers, or personal text are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
