One clear standard rate, every region treated the same. Here is exactly what to expect from checkout to doorstep.
Where We Ship
We deliver across North America, Europe, and a selected set of countries in Asia and Africa. South America is not served at this time. If your country is not offered at checkout, we are unable to ship there yet.

No express option — one reliable standard service for all regions, same price everywhere.
Processing Time
Processing is the time we need to pick, check, and dispatch your order. It starts after payment clears and does not count toward delivery time.
Delivery Time
Delivery runs from the day your order leaves our warehouse, not from the order date. Remote addresses may sit at the longer end of the window.
Custom Jerseys
Adding a name and number is done to order. This extends processing to 3–5 business days before the parcel ships. Note the name and number in the order notes at checkout; if you forget, email us and we will match it to your order before production.
Shipping Protection & Return Guarantee (Optional)
At checkout you will see Shipping Protection & Return Guarantee, a 3% add-on that is pre-selected by default. It covers transit loss or damage and our 30-day return guarantee for eligible purchases. You can deselect it before payment — it is entirely optional and never charged without your confirmation at checkout.
Taxes & Duties
Every order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Wherever we deliver, the price you see at checkout is the full price you pay — no customs duty, no import tax, and no extra handling fee at any destination. All cross-border charges are handled on our side.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number once dispatched. Allow 2–4 business days for the carrier scan to appear after you receive it.
